Hydco® is a synthetic material that is applied to hydraulic cylinders to provide durable protection against corrosion. The coating is free from pores and adheres extremely well to the base material. Hydco® is not only suitable for cylinder rods but also for the inside of the cylinders, provided its diameter is greater than 80 mm. Hydco® is 100% recyclable and does not contain any heavy metals. This makes Hydco® extremely environmentally friendly.
Hydco® is applied at high temperatures. The adhesion to the base material is unparalleled.
The coating is suitable for new as well as existing cylinders. If the latter are corroded, Hydrauvision can completely overhaul them. Superficial damage to the coating can be restored on-site, while damage that has penetrated the coating can be repaired in Hydrauvision’s coating processing centre.
